Leah Rosa,MHS,MAC,NCC,LPC
Partner, Clinical Affairs
Leah Rosa MHS, MAC, NCC, LPC began her career after graduating from Louisiana State University in 2000 where she earned a Master of Health Science. She is a Master Addiction Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. She is also a Certified Clinical Interventionist. She holds licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Louisiana and Texas.
Leah has spent the majority of her career specializing in mood and addictive disorders. She worked as a counselor in residential and outpatient outpatient treatment facilities working with adults and adolescents,and has served as the Program Director for an Intensive Outpatient Program and worked in private practice. In 2013 she began working as the Clinical Director at Louisiana's Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program where she developed a nationally recognized top-tier program for monitoring professionals. Her experience in working with treatment programs throughout the country and seeing the successful outcomes of monitoring led her to found Assurance Recovery Monitoring. It's her belief that everyone should have access to the same tools as professionals in their journey to recovery. The overwhelming success rate she saw monitoring provide drives her current work.
SEAN O'Donnell
Partner, Business Affairs
Sean O'Donnell MS received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University before going on to earn a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado.
Sean has worked in various finance positions in a variety of industries - banking, healthcare (non-profit and for profit), and airlines - with emphasis on budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and cash management. His diverse background and varied experience provides Assurance Recovery Monitoring with a sharp eye on the details of the business operations to support our mission and provide the best customer service possible.
